Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council serves as an advisory group to the pastor. The members communicate the needs and interests of the parish community and assist the pastor in accomplishing the parish’s mission through their knowledge, experience, and involvement in the community.

Finance Council
This body consults and advises the pastor concerning items such as annual budget, financial reporting, long-term financial planning, debt and debt management, high-level expenditures, fund-raising, personnel administration, and governmental regulatory matters.

School Foundation Board
The School Foundation provides the resources to continue the successful development of our children in light of OLMC School’s philosophy and mission.

Villa Mercede Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees of Villa Mercede is responsible for seeing that the organization is well-managed, sets and evaluates policies, and determines fund-raising goals for its operation and the financial support of its organization. The Board of Trustees is responsible for fulfilling its incorporated charter and mission statement. The primary responsibilities of the Board of Trustees are to set policy, evaluate the organization, represent the organization in the community, and give and raise money.
